These may look like under cooked hockey pucks but don’t worry they’re good for you and they don’t actually taste like hockey pucks. They’re made with spaghetti squash, quinoa, and parmesan. They call them fritters, and frit not, they are good. Not to mention they are portable little guys. You can wrap these little pucks in foil and take them to work or better yet some fancy Cling Wrap and just toss them in the microwave when you get hungry at work.
